Econet Wireless Zimbabwe Limited has completed an infrastructure restructuring to consolidate its real estate and passive telecommunications assets into a wholly owned subsidiary, Econet InfraCo. Looking forward, the Group plans to delist from the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange and intends to use up to thirty percent of Econet InfraCo’s shares to compensate shareholders who choose to exit in connection with the transaction.
