Econet Wireless Zimbabwe Limited has issued a notice convening an Extraordinary General Meeting on Thursday, 26 February 2026 at 10:00 CAT to seek shareholder approval for the company’s voluntary delisting from the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange and the simultaneous listing of Econet InfraCo on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange. Shareholders will also vote on a proposed exit offer of US$0.50 per share, settled as US$0.17 in cash and one Econet InfraCo share, along with associated amendments to the Articles of Association.
