Econet Wireless Zimbabwe Limited has issued a notice for its Twenty-seventh Annual General Meeting to be held virtually on Thursday, 28 August 2025 at 10:00 am. Shareholders will vote on ordinary business, including the adoption of financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2025 and the election of directors, as well as special business to renew the company’s share buy-back authority up to a maximum of 10 percent of its issued ordinary share capital.
