Econet Wireless Zimbabwe Limited has declared a dividend in specie of 754,468,575 Econet InfraCo shares following the conclusion of its exit offer. Shareholders registered at the close of business on the record date of Friday, 27 March 2026 will receive 0.26482 Econet InfraCo shares for every one Econet share held, with the last day to trade cum dividend set for Wednesday, 25 March 2026.
