Further to the cautionary announcements dated 3 December 2025 and 15 December 2025, shareholders are advised that Econet Wireless Zimbabwe Limited (“Econet” or “the Company”) has commenced engagements with the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange with a view to publishing a circular to shareholders in relation to the proposed voluntary delisting of the Company and the proposed listing of Econet Infrastructure Company, a vehicle holding Econet’s real estate, telecommunications tower and renewable energy assets on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange.
Upon conclusion of the regulatory engagements, the Company will publish a circular to shareholders setting out the full details of the proposed delisting of Econet and the simultaneous listing of Econet InfraCo.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until a circular is published.
