Econet Wireless Zimbabwe Limited (“the Company”) wishes to advise our shareholders and the investing public that there will be a delay in publishing our audited financial statements for the financial year ended 28 February 2021.

The delay was due to unanticipated challenges and the impact of COVID-19 on the operating environment as well as nation-wide lockdown.

The Company intends on publishing the financial statements by the 31st of July 2021.

The Company has been granted a further extension approval by Zimbabwe Stock Exchange.

The Company regrets any inconvenience this may cause to our valued stakeholders.
