Dividend Declaration

Notice is hereby given that the Board declared an interim dividend of US$ 7 million (0.26 US cents per share) for the quarter ended 31 May 2024 payable in respect of all the qualifying ordinary shares of the Company.

The Dividend will be payable on or about 10 July 2024 to all Shareholders of the Company registered as at the close of business on 5 July 2024. The shares of the Company will be traded cum-dividend on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange up to the market day of 2 July 2024 and ex-dividend from 3 July 2024.

Disbursements to foreign Shareholders are subject to Exchange Control regulations and payment guidelines for foreign remittances.

Applicable shareholders’ tax will be deducted from gross dividends.

Payments via EcoCash

In an effort to provide an expedient and convenient service, please be advised that the Company will provide an option to pay dividends through EcoCash to shareholders. Non-Corporate Shareholders are encouraged to provide their EcoCash details to the following addresses of our transfer secretaries, First Transfer Secretaries (FTS):
