Dividend declaration
The Company has declared an interim dividend of US$ 0.60 cents per share for the quarter ended 31 May 2026.
Timetable
The dividend will be paid per the following timelines:

Tax
Withholding tax will be deducted at a rate of 15%, where applicable.
