Econet Wireless Zimbabwe Limited (the “Company”) wishes to update its shareholders and the investing public on the delay in publishing the audited financial statements for the financial year ended 29 February 2020. This was due to a delay in the publication of the audited financial statements of Cassava Smartech Zimbabwe Limited for the reasons cited in our previous notice issued on 29 July 2020.
The Company would like to advise its shareholders and the investing public that it will publish its audited financial statements on or by 23 October 2020.
