Econet Wireless Zimbabwe Limited (the “Company”) wishes to advise our shareholders and the investing public that there will be a delay in publishing our audited financial statements for the financial year ended 28 February 2022.
This is to allow finalisation of work relating to IAS16 (Property, plant and Equipment).
The Group intends on publishing the financial statements by the 30th of June 2022.
The Company regrets any inconvenience this may cause to our valued stakeholders.
