COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT
Following the change in functional currency, reporting entities have to reconsider the measurement basis of their assets and liabilities as well as their income and expenses. This requires the Directors to make certain critical judgements and assumptions which have a significant impact on the financial statements. After due consultation with the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange, the Board of Directors wishes to advise all shareholders that the financial statements for the period ended 28 February 2019 will be published on or before 30 June 2019 to allow sufficient consideration of the relevant accounting principles.
