Shareholders are hereby advised that the Company’s Annual General Meeting which was due to be held on Tuesday 30 July 2013 has been postponed. At the time of publication of our notice, the public holiday on the 31st of July 2013 had not yet been announced. In view of this, it was felt that it would be more expedient to have the meeting after this date. Accordingly, the meeting will now be held on TUESDAY 17 SEPTEMBER 2013.
