Godfrey was appointed to the board in May 2013. He is Chairman of the board’s Audit Committee and he also serves as a member of the Risk Committee. He is a Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe) and sits on a number of other boards. He has vast experience in the corporate world, having held various executive positions over the years.
